GLC Women’s Retreat-South

November 7-9, 2025

We invite you to join us as we ”Re-Energize¨ on Friday, November 7, Saturday, November 8, and Sunday, November 9, 2025. You are welcome to stay at CMMBC for the entire weekend; Friday evening & Saturday; Saturday & Sunday, whichever option works best with your schedule. Dinner on Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday as well as breakfast on Sunday morning will be available.

The cost of the retreat is as follows:

$50 for the entire weekend which covers overnight lodging on Friday & Saturday night.

$35 for Friday evening and Saturday which includes lodging on Friday night.

$35 for Saturday and Sunday which includes lodging on Saturday night.

$25 for Saturday only

Scholarships are available upon request.

An offering and donations will be collected for Higher Ground Women´s Recovery Residence located in Pennington Gap, VA. Rev. Nancy Hobbs, who serves on the board, will speak on behalf of the Residence during the retreat.

Listed below are some of the needs for the Recovery Residence if anyone would like to donate to them. If so, you can bring items to the retreat.

**Deb Bonsall will be our speaker for the 2025 Women’s Retreat.**

Deb Bonsall lives with her husband, Glenn, in the village of Bancroft, Nebraska. They have two sons, Scott and Chris and a daughter, Nikki, all married. They have gifted Deb and Glenn with two granddaughters and four grandchildren. They also have been blessed with five great grandchildren, Daxton, Rowen, Zola, Brian and Thea. Except for grandson, Chase, who is in the Army, they all live in Nebraska.

She has been in Youth Ministry for 35+ years as God put a drive to minister to youth in her heart. Other ministries she is involved in include Women Ministries, Advocates for Victims of Abuse/Safe Sanctuaries and most recently Merge Ministries.

Ministering to others is a part of Deb’s everyday life. From being a Youth Pastor to serving many years at Covenant Cedars Bible Camp to ministering to people everywhere.
